If you own a smart thermostat you may be eligible to participate! If you don’t own one yet, please visit our website to inquire about thermostat rebates. Accepting enrollment applications starting December 2024.

Roseville Electric Utility will reward you for using less energy during times of peak electric demand by allowing small, temporary adjustments to your thermostat. Participating households are eligible for a $25 enrollment credit and a $25 annual credit.
Stay in control.
You can opt out of thermostat adjustments at any time. Simply adjust your thermostat like you normally would.
Thermostats make it easy and convenient to manage your home’s energy use, and by signing up with Roseville’s Power Flex program, you’ll receive additional rewards.
By enrolling your thermostat, you agree to let Roseville Electric Utility make brief, small adjustments to your thermostat during times of peak energy demand. You will receive a $25 bill credit once you have successfully enrolled in the program, and if you remain in the program, you will receive an additional $25 bill credit following each anniversary of your enrollment.
