If you have a Honeywell Home Total Connect Comfort Smart Thermostat, you can get paid to help reduce energy use at peak times.

Fill out the form below to get started:

How It Works

If you are a Duke Energy residential customer, use electricity to heat and cool your home, and have a qualifying WiFi-connected thermostat, you can receive a $75 bill credit for enrolling in the Power Manager smart thermostat option. Plus, if you stay enrolled, you get an additional $25 bill credit each year. Let's work together to help reduce our energy use during peak demand times.

Help Reduce Energy Use

During the winter and summer, Duke Energy may occasionally adjust the temperature by no more than 4 degrees on the enrolled thermostat(s) in your home for less than four hours during periods of peak energy demand. Events will not occur on weekends or holidays, except in the event of a rare system emergency. You can opt out of peak energy events from your mobile device, web browser or thermostat.
