If you are a SWEPCO residential or small business electric customer with a qualifying Wi-Fi-connected thermostat for cooling, you can receive a $50 gift card for enrolling in the Bring Your Own Device program. Plus, if you stay enrolled, you get an additional $25 gift card each year. Let's work together to help reduce our energy use during peak demand times.

From June 1 through Sept. 30, SWEPCO may occasionally adjust the temperature by no more than 4 degrees on the enrolled thermostat(s) in your home for less than four hours during periods of peak energy demand. Events will not occur on weekends or holidays, except in the event of a rare system emergency. You can opt out of peak energy events from your mobile device, web browser or thermostat.
